Thank you for shopping with Archita Rastogi.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange may be requested only if the item you received is damaged or incorrect.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

• Be in the same condition in which you received it
• Be unused and unworn
• Have all original tags attached
• Be in its original packaging
• Be accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase

How to Request an Exchange

Please contact us at architarastogi@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the necessary instructions for returning the item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Please do not send an item back before receiving confirmation and return instructions from us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We cannot accept exchanges for:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
